About the ring
The gold Flora ring is a subtle, smaller version of the classic Rosa design, designed for those who value delicacy and timeless style. At its center, a 6 x 4 mm oval stone sits, held by four slightly pointed prongs, giving it a refined and elegant character. Cascading diamonds flank the stone, enhancing its brilliance and adding even more subtle sparkle. How we pack jewelry

( Sign up . ) If you have any further questions, or perhaps you already know your size or the size of a loved one (and it was measured in another country or at a well-known chain store), please contact us for assistance, and we'll select the right size from our size chart. We'll be happy to help you choose the right size based on your information. Remember that finger sizes can change depending on the time of day or even the season. Pay attention to whether the ring will fit over a wider or narrower knuckle. We recommend measuring your finger in different weather conditions or at different times of day to get an average measurement. For wider rings (over 4mm wide), the larger size may be the right size. Jewelry care
 
Remember to take care of your jewelry! Avoid chemicals, and remove your jewelry when bathing, cleaning, or going to the gym. We especially recommend cleaning products from the renowned British company Town Talk. You can find them in our store.( I want to see jewelry cleaning products. ) We are the sole distributor of these products, and they are of the highest quality. You'll find jewelry cleaning cloths, a universal spray, and even a watch cleaning kit.
 
How to care for jewelry

We create jewelry that will last for generations, but to retain its magic, it needs a little attention from you. It's easier than you think:

  • Remove it for "special tasks": Give it a rest during intense shifts, training, cleaning, or a visit to the pool. Perfumes, creams, and detergents are its worst enemies.
  • Home Spa: To restore shine, all you need is warm water, natural soap, and a very soft toothbrush. (A word of caution: emeralds, opals, and pearls are exceptionally delicate and require even greater care.)
  • We're here for you: Check occasionally to make sure the claws are firmly gripping the stone. If you have any concerns, please let us know – we'll be happy to help you take care of it.

Delivery

We know that waiting for your order can be exciting. We ensure that the journey from our workshop to your hands is safe and hassle-free.

Poland

  • For orders up to PLN 800: Choose what's most convenient. We'll ship your parcel via DHL courier or to an InPost parcel locker.
  • For orders over PLN 800: To ensure the highest level of security, we insure the shipment and ship the jewelry via a trusted DHL courier.

World

  • Orders outside of Poland are shipped via DPD courier or DHL Express. Shipments are insured. If your precious item is traveling outside the European Union, please remember to check local regulations – additional customs duties or taxes may apply in your country.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your choice. If, after trying on the jewelry in the comfort of your home, you feel it's not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know. Please contact us and we'll help you through the returns process.

A little note from the studio: Please understand that jewelry created to individual order (your unique designs and modifications) is not subject to return.
