If for any reason you would like to return an item purchased in our store, you will find all the necessary instructions on how to do so here.

We hereby inform you that, in accordance with Article 38, paragraph 1, point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from the contract This right does not apply to consumers in the case of contracts for items made to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs . Therefore, jewelry items made to individual customer specifications are not subject to return or exchange. Please place your orders carefully, as order fulfillment involves the creation of a unique product tailored to your expectations. In the case of returnable items , you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.


The returns procedure in our store is very simple and consists of the following steps:

  • STEP 1 – INFORM US BY EMAIL ABOUT YOUR PLANNED RETURN

With this information, we'll be able to issue you a courier label ready for your return. This is an important step, as we insure every shipment to ensure the safe transport of our products. Once you receive the label from us, print it.

  • STEP 2 – COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM

If you want to return a purchased item, first download and fill out the return form. available at this link . Then, you should print the completed form.

  • STEP 3 – PREPARE THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURNABLE GOODS

Place the printed form and the returned goods in the package in which you intend to return them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging in which the goods arrived for return – this will save you money and help reduce waste. Be sure to securely place jewelry and seal the package tightly . The package containing the goods should be prepared so that the returned goods reach us safely. Please remember that, pursuant to Article 34 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, you are liable for any damage caused to the goods, the value of which may be deducted from any refund.

  • STEP 4 – SEND THE PARCEL WITH THE RETURN PRODUCT

  • STEP 5 – WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND

We will issue a refund for the goods within 14 days of receiving the package. We will refund your money using the same method you used to pay for the goods.
