1. Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes, we offer a custom jewelry service. You can provide us with your designs or ideas, and we will create a unique piece just for you.

2. What materials can be used to create custom jewelry?

We can use gold, platinum and various precious stones such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds.

3. Can I bring my own gold or stones to use in new jewelry?

If you have gold you'd like to transform into new jewelry, we offer a gold exchange service. You can bring in your old gold items, and we'll appraise them and transform them into new, unique pieces of jewelry. This is a great way to transform unused jewelry into something new and unique.

4. How long does the process of creating custom jewelry take?

The custom jewelry creation process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials (stones, gold in the right color). Simpler designs are handcrafted, which significantly shortens the creation time, while more complex designs require 3D design. To learn more about this process, check out our article on the website.

5. Do you offer jewelry repair services?

Yes, we offer a full range of jewelry repair services, including clasp repairs, polishing, stone replacement, and more. We can resize a ring, add an engraving, or transform an old necklace into a modern bracelet. Our personalization services also include adding gemstones and changing the finish. 6. How often should I clean my jewelry?

We recommend professionally cleaning your jewelry every 6-12 months to maintain its shine and good condition.

7. Can I insure the jewelry purchased from you?

Although we don't offer insurance directly, we do provide certificates with detailed product descriptions, which, together with the product itself, serve as the basis for insurance and simplify the entire process. We can also recommend a third-party company where such insurance is recommended.

8. Do you offer jewelry engraving?

Yes, we offer jewelry engraving services. We can engrave dates, names, initials, and other symbols according to your wishes. Our hand-engravings are performed by a Warsaw-based master engraver, but we also offer diamond and laser engraving services. We design custom monograms and create iconic engravings, such as the Ring of Power from The Lord of the Rings.

10. Do you offer certificates of authenticity for diamonds?

Yes, you can order diamonds from 0.17 ct with a certificate of authenticity from renowned gemological laboratories such as GIA or IGI. We also provide additional certification services for all gemstones and diamonds upon request.

11. How can I determine my ring size?

We offer ring sizing services during consultations. Our sizing also matches that of chain stores like Apart. If you know your size from another store, please contact us and we will match you with the correct size.

12. Can I return or exchange purchased jewelry?

We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy from the date of purchase, provided the jewelry has not been worn and is in its original condition. Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable. For more information about our returns and exchanges policy, please follow this link.

13. Do you offer financing or installment payment options?

Yes, we offer various financing and installment payment options in collaboration with our financial partners. Information about the payments offered can be found at this link.

 

14. How can I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in top condition, store it in a soft box, avoid contact with chemicals, clean it regularly, and remove it before physical activity.

15. Can I order replicas of antique jewelry?

Yes, we specialize in creating replicas of antique jewelry. Contact us to discuss project details.

16. Can you restore or repurpose old jewelry?

Yes, we offer services for restoring and refinishing old jewelry to give it a modern look or restore its original shine.

17. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping for all orders over 600 PLN. Deliveries are made via DHL. Each shipment is insured, so please carefully inspect the package upon receipt for any damage.

18. What are the gift wrapping options?

We package each of our products as if they were gifts. Silver products are packaged in an elegant box or pouch, and an elegant paper bag with the gold logo. Gold products are packaged in a velvet box, a cotton pouch, and an elegant paper bag with the brand logo.

19. Can I order jewelry online and pick it up in store?

Yes, we offer online jewelry ordering and pickup upon appointment. We can travel to your location within Warsaw at your chosen time, and we can also  donate jewelry during our Saturday consultations at Jarosława Dąbrowskiego 7. (Registration)
