Return Policy

If for any reason you would like to return a product purchased in our store, you will find all the necessary instructions on how to do so right here.

Please be advised that in accordance with Article 38(1)(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs. Therefore, jewelry items made to individual customer orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please consider your purchases carefully, as the fulfillment of such an order involves the creation of a unique product tailored specifically to your expectations.

For items eligible for return, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

The Return Process

Our return procedure is very simple and consists of the following steps:

STEP 1 – INFORM US ABOUT THE PLANNED RETURN VIA EMAIL

This information allows us to issue a prepaid courier label for your return. This is a crucial step because we insure every shipment to ensure the safe transport of our products. Once you receive the label from us, please print it out.

STEP 2 – FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM

If you wish to return the purchased goods, first download and fill out the return form available at [this link]. Then, please print the completed form.

STEP 3 – PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the printed form and the returned item in the package you intend to send back. Whenever possible, use the original packaging in which you received the item – this saves money and helps reduce waste. Please ensure the jewelry is secured safely and the package is tightly sealed. The package should be prepared in a way that ensures the returned item reaches us safely.

Note: According to Article 34 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, you are liable for any damage to the goods, the value of which may be deducted from your refund.

STEP 4 – SEND THE PACKAGE

Attach the label we provided. If you are sending the package without our label, please ship it to the following address:

STEP 5 – AWAIT YOUR REFUND

We will issue a refund for the returned goods within 14 days from the date the package is delivered to us. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction or to the bank account number provided in the Withdrawal Declaration.
